After years at SYSMELEC, Max Odiet ventured into entrepreneurship and founded the engineering company, ICE Engineering SA.

Max's passion for watchmaking engineering led him to transform his business. From a service provider, it has now positioned itself as a specialist in automation.

Since 2018, the company has collaborated with the watchmaking industry. The year 2020 marked a turning point for ICE Engineering. Following a challenge set by a major watch brand, the X product line was developed. ICE Engineering is now recognized as a national leader in its field.

In 2022, the revolutionary X-BASE robot partnered with the SILEX project to become the most compact micromachine-robot loading system for a 5-axis CNC. Shortly after, ICE Automation joined B-NEXT GROUP SA.

To ensure Max Odiet’s succession, a new management team has been appointed to lead the company. With the support of B-NEXT GROUP SA, ICE Automation is now poised to fulfill its ambitions of expanding internationally.
